Compare the 2026 season departures from Kyiv, Lviv and Warsaw in the route list. Each entry lists nights, cities and a maximum of 12 travellers per group.
Same day

Send the booking request and pay 20% of the tour price to hold your seats. Card and bank transfer are both accepted, and the balance is due 21 days before departure. The tiers are set out under cancellation and refunds.
1-2 days

We email the confirmed itinerary, hotel list and Schengen visa support letter. Your passport must stay valid for six months past the return date, and insurance is covered by every tour, as listed under what is included.
3-4 weeks out

Meet the group at the departure point in Kyiv, Lviv or Warsaw. Ground transport, accommodation and a Ukrainian or Russian speaking guide stay with you for the whole route.

04 / Cancellation & Refunds
Every departure from Kyiv, Lviv, and Warsaw follows the same schedule. Tiers are counted in calendar days before the tour start date.

For Ukrainian passport holders a Schengen visa is required on most routes. Within two working days we send a booking confirmation, a day-by-day itinerary and accommodation vouchers so you can file your application.
A maximum of 12 travellers per departure, with a minimum of 6 to confirm the coach. Smaller groups mean quicker city walks and more time at each stop.
A 20% deposit secures your seat; the balance is due 30 days before departure. Bank transfer and card payment are both accepted, and we issue an invoice for each payment. The full sequence is listed under booking steps.
Daily breakfast at the hotel and the dinners named in each itinerary are covered. Lunches and free evenings are left open so you can eat where you like. Vegetarian and gluten-free requests are passed to the hotels in advance.
A Ukrainian or Russian speaking tour leader travels with the group from Kyiv, Lviv or Warsaw. Local city guides join for walking tours, and English commentary can be arranged when you request it at booking.
One suitcase up to 23 kg plus a daypack per traveller. The coach holds luggage securely between hotel nights, so you only carry a small bag during the day.
Cancellations are refunded in tiers based on how close to departure you cancel. The deposit is transferable to another 2026 date. Amounts and deadlines are set out in our cancellation and refund policy.
