Distance contracts concluded with kynorkia.com are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 (Zakon Ukrainy «Pro zakhyst prav spozhyvachiv» No. 3153-IX vid 10.06.2023), which sets the pre-contract disclosure duties and the consumer's withdrawal rights.
