05 / Pricing Notes

How a tour price is built

Rates updated 12 January 2026

Price basis
Rates are per person and assume two travellers sharing a twin or double room. A single room can be reserved with a supplement from €240 for the 2026 season.
Deposit and balance
A 20% deposit confirms the booking. The remaining balance is due 45 days before the departure date.
Included in the price
Accommodation, ground transport between cities, expert guiding, and the meals listed on each route page.
Not included
Travel to the departure city in Kyiv, Lviv or Warsaw, visa fees, travel insurance, personal spending, and optional excursions.
Availability
Departure dates, seat counts and hotel allocations are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
Currency
Prices are quoted in EUR. The UAH amount shown alongside is indicative and is recalculated on the day of payment.
