Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy governs cancellations and refunds for orders and bookings made on kynorkia.com, under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

2. Right of withdrawal

For distance contracts you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods or concluding the service, without giving a reason. Exceptions: sealed hygiene goods, custom-made items, and digital content supplied immediately with your prior consent.

3. How to cancel

Email contact@kynorkia.com with your order number and a clear statement, or use the form in section 6. We confirm receipt by email.

4. Refunds

We refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice using the original payment method. Bank processing times are outside our control.

5. Fees

No cancellation fee. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item was faulty or incorrect. Non-refundable: gift cards, downloaded digital content, and tours already commenced, where the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995 applies.
