1. General
These terms govern bookings with kynorkia.com (PE, EDRPOU 53494814), 47 Bohdana Khmelnytskoho St, Kyiv, 01030, Ukraine. Contact: contact@kynorkia.com, +380 686 397 0979. Legal representative: Lucas Roth, Managing Director. We provide full identification under Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.
2. Booking and Contract
Booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. We are a tour operator under Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995. Registration and financial guarantee details are in the booking confirmation.
3. Payment
Prices include taxes. Pay by bank transfer or card. We may cancel if payment is not received.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancel up to 14 days before start for full refund, unless stated otherwise. For distance contracts, you have a 14-day withdrawal right under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023. Refunds within 14 days.
5. Liability
We are liable for direct damages caused by our fault. We are not liable for events beyond control. Follow safety instructions.
6. Distance Selling and Consumer Rights
For disputes, apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
7. Personal Data
We process personal data with consent under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Cookies
We use cookies with prior consent except strictly necessary ones, per Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX dated 16.12.2020.
